Our Story

A Space Coast Tradition Since 1964

When pharmacist Gary Hobbs opened our doors on Merritt Island, the Apollo missions were just beginning. Astronauts’ families would visit to calm their nerves while their loved ones orbited the Earth. Sixty years later, that spirit of caring for our community has never changed.

Now in its third generation, Hobbs has grown into a state-of-the-art compounding and clinical services pharmacy, including a brand-new compounding suite opened in 2026 in our original 1964 location. Rooted in history, built for what’s next.
